When I started working on cakes professionally, I often made birthday cakes that I didn’t understand. I’d just Google whatever it was and hope I did the character justice. Not this time! I’ve got this character down! My client wanted a Vampirina cake for her little girl’s special day. To keep it simple and avoid copyright infringement, I ordered a licensed edible image and mounted it on gumpaste. I added some bats and girly borders to complete the look.
