It’s always a huge honor to make a wedding cake! It’s such a major part of the day that a couple trusts me with. This cake was no exception.
With nearly 200 servings the bridal cake was a beast. This cake consisted of 14″, 12″, 10″ and 8″ double layer tiers decorated and filled with buttercream icing. The bride provided a topper and I completed the look with burlap flowers matching the example photo she sent.
While I don’t know the groom, he must love fishing. I hope that means he loved his cake too! It was a double layer red velvet cake with blue-tinted cream cheese icing. It was topped with gumpaste leaves, sign and worm, and a chocolate bobber.
