Doctor Approved Cake

I made a cake for the Edward Via School of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech not long ago for a lunch to thank their patients. This time, the students got a slice! I was honored to make a cake to celebrate their white coat ceremony.

The cake and all the 3D elements were made from fondant. While not an exact replica, it was made to look like the actual white coats the students received at the ceremony. Congrats on all your hard work VCOM students!

(Covington was my delivery assistant on this order)
